Navarro Booking Pro
Book staff, rooms or equipment through WooCommerce. The customer picks one, or the booking goes to whichever is free, and no resource is ever booked twice for the same time.
Pro adds resources to Navarro Booking for WooCommerce, the free plugin on WordPress.org. You need both.
Customer chooses
The product page offers the product's resources: a teacher, a room, a kayak. Availability is shown for the one chosen.
First free
The booking goes to the first resource with a place. Each is tried with the same atomic claim the free plugin uses, so two customers can't both take the last place.
One pool across products
A teacher who runs a class and private sessions can't be booked by both at once, even when the slots start at different times.
Places per product
A studio can hold 12 for a class and still be hired as one whole room. Each product sets its own places on a resource.
Billed yearly. If you don't renew, Pro keeps working on your sites: renewal buys updates and support, not the right to keep taking bookings. Refunds within 30 days, no questions asked.
Checkout, payment and licences are handled by Freemius, which also issues receipts and handles sales tax.
- Install and activate Navarro Booking for WooCommerce (2.5.0 or later): search for it under Plugins → Add New, or get it from WordPress.org.
- After checkout, download the Pro zip from the link in your receipt email.
- In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the zip and activate it.
- Enter your licence key when asked. Resources then appear under WooCommerce → Navarro Booking Settings.
